Buying online
Buying online from us is easy and safe.
All our online transactions are handled by Paypal's Merchant services, which means that you don't need a Paypal account to buy from us, you can pay with your normal credit card.
We have chosen Paypal as the safest method for our customers to buy online. They handle thousands of credit card transactions online, every single day, and use high security, encrypted servers to handle taking your card details.

Obviously these products are high value items, and we realise that you would have questions relating to them before purchasing. Please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email if there is further information that you need about a product, before you purchase. We want you to feel that you have made the right choice, not only of what you are buying, but whom you are buying it from.
When you want to purchase a product, simply click on the &rsquot;add to cart&rsquot; button on the product page. You can change item quantities and view shipping cost information in the shopping cart screen, which you can view at any point by clicking on ’View Cart’ at the bottom of the menu.
When you have chosen the items you wish to purchase, simply click on the ’Checkout with Paypal’ button to take you through to our parent site www.ecopoolsystems.com’s Paypal secure server to handle your credit card transaction, and take your delivery details. Once you have completed the sale, there will be a button to return you to our website.
Once you have reached the paypal checkout screen, you will have an option of either logging into your paypal account, if you have one, or clicking on ’Continue’ to use your credit or debit card. You then simply complete your card details, review and click ’Pay’ to complete the transaction.
Once we recieve your order, it will be despatched by a reputable international Courier and will be with you safely within 14 days. We normally use UPS Couriers, and will email you to confirm dispatch, and send you a tracking number to allow you to monitor it's progress. For the sake of security, a signature will usually be required upon delivery.
